Who’s the author?
An international career investment banker of 14 years, our Founder Ian Clarke, 40, isn't your typical financier. Racially, sexually and gender non-binary, he is today a speaker, philosopher, entrepreneur, author, philanthropist, change maker and true leader of the Deilightful Group.
London born but spiritually a New Yorker, he's worked across two continents and all lines of business in financial services. Yet he's also a certified therapist, reverend and psychologist with two degrees, 14 awards for excellence and a penchant for travel, karaoke, computer games, humanism, exploration, Star Trek, officiating weddings and driving change.
Through a genuine love of people, he also holds at least ten world records helping others thrive. Such as in 2021 delivering the first black female board appointment in investment banking's 400-year history, adding 'whistleblower' to his many labels.
Today, he leads the Deilightful Group - a 'Change Engine' that's pioneering a rare, brand-new industry at the forefront of advancing scientific endeavour, true leadership and driving meaningful positive change on the world stage.

It seems no one believes we could possibly achieve all this. None of the 70 universities we sought to partner with would so much as speak to us. So instead we’re appealing directly to readers, in the hopes some can be curious, keep an open mind, seek out new knowledge and success, take a look then form their own opinion on our credibility and that of our research.
